Sunday school




Welcome to the NEW and IMPROVED United Methodist Sunday School program!
We are now using an exciting new program for our Sunday School kids.   Each week the kids are in one of 6 different, newly decorated rooms of our Education Wing to learn different aspects of Bible Study, Bible History, Christmas truths, Easter surprises and much, much more!




Preschool through 5th grades 9:00 to 10:15.
Pre-School through 5th grades meet in the children's choir room, #103.
6th - 8th grades meet above the west end of the Fellowship Hall, 9:00 to 10:00.
High School meets in The Upper Room (Head upstairs toward the balcony and turn left.) 9:00 to 10:15







Nursery

  • Childcare is provided for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years old, during the Sunday School hour and the Worship Service in room #106.




Children’s Choir

  • Practices during Sunday school in room #103 during the school year.
  • Performs during the church service on the third Sunday of every month.
  • There are special activities planned throughout the year, such as parties and movies, for children who participate.




Friendship Company Puppet Troupe

  • Practices every Sunday morning during the Sunday school hour (9:00-10:00a.m.) in room #114.
  • Performs during the church service at various times throughout the year.




Wednesday




Confirmation Class

  • Meets in room #314 (Upper room) on the first and third Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. beginning Sept.
  • Please bring a bible, a notebook and something to write with.




C.H.I.P.S. (Christ’s Helpers in Progress)

  • Middle School through Junior High group for 6th - 12th grades.
  • Meets in room #202 every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.




Friends of Jesus

  • For grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade.
  • Meets in the children's choir room (#103) every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.
